This site aims to offer an overview of my therapy practice and to give you the information that you need to decide whether it could be something that you may find useful. The initial decision to seek out therapy can be a daunting one, particularly if it is something that you have never accessed or experienced before.
There are multiple services out there and it can be difficult to decide which is the best choice for you. Therefore, this website aims to assist you in this decision-making process by ensuring that you have as much information about the service I offer. I am a qualified and experienced person-centred therapist. I have both training and experience of working with clients who have presented with a variety of issues, such as anxiety, trauma, childhood abuse, work related stress, alcohol and substance misuse, boundaries, relationship difficulties, confidence building, identity issues, personal development, self-esteem, sexuality, grief, bereavement and loss.
